Union Process 01 HD/HDDM Stirred Media Mill

This research scale combination mill provides the capability to wet or dry grind materials at variable speeds up to 4200 rpm. It is equipped with interchangeable jacketed tanks available with a variety of liners and can batch process up to 1400cc's or recirculate. The mill is explosion proof and has a variable speed drive which provides a readout of rpm and percent torque. In the HD mode the mill operates from 100 - 650 rpm with media sizes from 1/8" to ". The HDDM mode operates from 1000 - 4200 rpm with media 2mm or smaller. The mill is also equipped with a stainless cover and shaft seal for grinding under inert gas.
