PERC Undergraduate Student Scholarship Project Proposal

Instructions: This form is to be completed by the mentor for the proposed project. The mentor will most likely by a graduate student or post doc. If there is not a graduate student or post doc who will mentor the project, then the form must be completed by the faculty advisor.

Graduate Student Mentor: (Responsible for aiding the student in day-to-day planning, experimental design, supply of equipment and materials, laboratory safety, experimental techniques and instrumentation instruction, data analysis, and report writing. Must be willing to devote time to the student.)
